Finally moved into our new home!

I highly recommend Jesse Bigras if you’re thinking of buying or selling in Quebec and/or Ontario. He’s well versed and is very smart about the dos and don’ts nuance in both provinces.

He’s meticulous in only sending property listings that meet our requirements and will enthusiastically arrange for viewings even for the properties we find ourselves (though he’s been 100% correct at pointing out we’d not like some of the properties we sourced on our own😆)

He’s super organized and even with 7 viewings a day (yes! he dedicated his whole day for us every time we needed him) we never felt rushed and never felt pressured.

He’ll point out the good, the bad and the ugly (yes, ugly. He literally said “If you get this house, first thing to get rid of is this ceiling 😂. We did not make an offer for that house, for many other reasons too😉)

He is full of heart but does not get emotional. His professionalism shines through everytime especially when dealing with other realtors to negotiate on our terms.

He protected us from the get go with added clauses in contracts which, in our case, really came into play.

He’ll gently inform us of what will work to our benefit, and still will push for what we want. Every negotiation felt like he was fully on our side and he never backed down or away from our stance once we’ve made our decision.

When negotiations looked bleak, he was enthusiastic and eager to start the process of house hunting all over again with a fresh outlook. It didn’t seem to us that it bothered him that he had already spent countless hours on trying to make the deal work. He was our greatest advocate and biggest supporter.

Truly, it was his ultimate goal to get us the home of our dreams no matter how long and how much time it took.

Great agent, super nice and friendly guy, was able to help us go through so many places before finding the perfect place for us!

I worked with three agents at Jesse Bigras Realty – Jesse, Alessandro Cardinali and Tracy Escander.  I can say that this realty team was absolutely AMAZING. All three were energetic, knowledgeable, communicative and helpful with all aspects of the process.  If one of them did not have an answer or a contact, they were quick to reach out to another; if one was buys, another would reply; each of them checked in on me (especially Tracy) fairly regularly to make sure I was getting the best service. Alessandro was willing to drive THREE HOURS to show me the home I was interested in, and went back again to be present for the inspection when I was unable to attend.  Jesse stepped in to handle complicated issues (I am a dual citizen and was still in the USA during much of the process and paperwork on my purchase), all three had helpful input when I was lost figuring out who to hire for inspection, notary, movers etc. And all three were willing to speak English to me as my French still has a long way to go!

All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Jesse Bigras Realty team to anyone looking for a great bunch of humans to work with!!  This group covered all the bases and were kind and wonderful people to top it off.

As a full-time home inspector for over 25 years, I've worked with many realtors, and I can say from experience that Jesse is among the best I've worked with.

It all started with me looking for a recommendation on how to sell my property and Jesse reaching out to me with advice.

He genuinely wanted to share his knowledge not expecting anything in return and that got me. I asked if Jesse could represent me and he agreed.
